So does this mean that Elon lied about providing services to Russia? Starlink’s Network Operations Center knows where all the active receivers are located. Regardless of where they were purchased.
Of course Elon lied. Even when he thinks he’s telling a truth, he’s so far out of touch (by choice) it’s a lie.
