From what I understand RX 6700 XT would be best choice but from where I live the price difference is like this:

| 6700 10 GB non XT | - 328.18 usd
| 6700 XT | - 407.92 usd
So I can’t afford an XT version so I’m confused between 6700 non XT versus 3060 12 GB as it does have an 2 GB vram advantage but 6700 performs better. I’m looking a General purpose build with light animation, editing mostly gaming and emulation. Also please let me any other improvements I can add while maintaining a tight build. Also, what cheap UPS should I use as I don’t have an inverter. Thank you in advance! :P
What’s the pricing of the Intel Arc in your part? I have one in my recent build and am very happy with it so far, but I’m not a real intense gamer.
Also are you sure you can use DDR5 memory with that motherboard and processor?
