    Wat.

The only one who even remotely deserves the peace prize is Assange.

The rest have all been sowing more division among lines than bringing people together. At least Wikileaks was invented to inform the public about shady shit going on in government.

That said it’s not necessarily been a good thing as wars can easily happen directly as a result of leaked documents. Every government has secrets. And sometimes rooting out corruption can be pretty damned violent.

However Assange never meant to sow discord, only to inform people of problems and issues that were kept under wraps - the people deserved to know this information, even if it resulted in violent rioting.

I’ve read that Assange’s WikiLeaks blocked any leaks which would weaken Russia for at-least a decade.

Which makes WikiLeaks part of the Russian global-cyberwarfare operation.

      Beware one’s “allies”.

Check everything for integrity, before truly-trusting it/them.

It is possible what I’d read was itself disinformation, but WikiLeaks sure as hell was systematically helping the Kremlin’s puppy Trump when election-time came around, back when it was Clinton/Trump, and that, itself, is evidence of helping Russia’s design…

Maybe I remember wrong, but wasn’t he coordinating releases of leaked dnc data with Roger Stone? I’m gonna assume anyone dealing with Roger Stone is not on the up and up…

While that is possible. Assange definitely was all for sewing discord. His assist of trump in 2016. Wasn’t necessarily strictly tied to Russia. More a personal axe he was grinding against Obama and Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State. He personally went after her and the DNC. It was purely Petty, selfish and in no way to expose or bring corruption to light. It was all in service of his ego.

Huh, I didn’t know that. Well that’s fucked.

I guess it makes some sense though - you’d want some form of backing if you’re going against the establishment, so why not the enemy of the one you’re going against?

I already thought that none of them really deserved the prize, but I guess I probably shouldn’t have been ranking them.
