I don’t think this movement really got off the ground in WA, we never really had the lock-downs and remote working culture introduced through the pandemic that the Eastern states got. Still, this makes for fascinating reading.

    The difference is a person who considers themselves as over employed are getting 2 wages for working the same hour.

    In your examples the time is divided between orgs. If the ceo is at org 1 they do the work of org 1. Not the work of org 1 and 2.

    A person having multiple minimum paying jobs only works for one org in a given shift.

    I have no issue with the over employed movement, orgs don’t know how people work and it’s not like they are defrauding anyone. Tax is still paid, work is still being produced. They may be breaking a non compete clause but those should be illegal.
