I ask this as someone who has moved around a lot (5 states) for better working opportunities. I often hear people say they wish they could leave their current city/state/country, but money is often (understandably) an issue.
to call the Problems of the US 3rd world is just disrespectful to any Country with actual 3rd world Problems

But go on, tell me how bad your life is. Oh and did i tell you that we have to drink muddy and infested water and our youngest just died because of poor sanitation?”

I’m referring only to the fact that poor people have it much worse than rich. That’s not fun nor a joke.
