    Fried rice:

    Leftover rice from the fridge

    1 egg

    Frozen veggies from the freezer

    Soy sauce

    Simply heat through in a pan.

      Even easier: microwave rice until piping hot, add raw egg yolk, butter, soy sauce

      low carb: whisk 2 eggs in bowl, add equal amount of water, microwave for poor man’s steamed eggs, soy sauce to taste

      bonus: season with fish sauce instead of soy sauce
