PayPal has filed a patent application for a novel method that can identify when "super-cookie" is stolen, which could improve the cookie-based authentication mechanism and limit account takeover attacks.
Well it’s good to see improvement from Paypal although i wish they implement this from long time ago & we don’t know if it’s will work or not because many hacker spoof their machine to be matching like victim target + use RDP / DS + SOCKS proxy to made it almost impossible to detect
