There’s plenty of actual science on harm reduction versus incarceration and I bet you she knows nothing about either of them. When are you voting her out for someone who knows what harm reduction and “the war on drugs” mean.
Plus she was all about harm reduction when it seemed popular. She was pushing for safe injection sites which never actually materialized. We literally aren’t doing any harm reduction in SF with the exception of some smaller programs like the exceptionally valuable Stonewall program.
