If we are serious about UA regaining all territory, they must be allowed to expand the war into Russia. It’s the only way a state can be reached where “return to the status quo ante” is a gain for both sides.
Sanctions do provide some leverage too.
Mostly just hurts the Russian people, Putin doesn’t give a shit.
