    2-3 hours, with some pain relievers.

    natural recovery is very dependent on how active you were before the accident, how young you are and how often you do stretchings particularly on the ankle muscles.

    also some placebo could help.

      Ya im pretty active in walking everywhere. I don’t think it was too bad but obviously im not use to this kinda thing. Hopefully it grows back stronger haha. Im pretty young still
