    Just a reminder to anyone who actually cares about Palistinians: Trump loves Israel, and would do far worse. Just today, he said “Israel needs to get in there and finish the job.” Don’t cut your nose off to spite your face.

        it’s ludicrous under the current system to vote third party for either party - the system is rigged in such a way to make that functionally voting against one of the big 2.

                If you can think of a reason other than they know a vote for the Greens undermines Democrats much more than them, I’m all ears.

      Some know that voting for the lesser evil for the past decades has done nothing to help the working class.

      People still want the current person that is President out of power, which tends to happen when people are fed up with the status quo.

              Not sure why you are trying to gatekeep using the phrase working class…

              I will continue to use it, many people that are left of Bernie Sanders use the term as well.

              I am still not sure how voting Republican/Democrat will somehow help in the long term, they are both corrupt and are the elite…

              There’s been a lot of talk in pro-Palestine circles about withholding votes for Biden in protest of his genocide in Gaza, which is of course fine, but the discourse around doing so often misses an important point. A lot of US voters erroneously think they’d be punishing the Democrats for Gaza by costing them the election, mistakenly assuming Democrats care about winning. They don’t.

              Losing an election costs Democratic party leaders nothing; all the career politicians and political operatives at the top keep their careers either way. From their point of view this is just a cushy job with sweet benefits, and they keep those win or lose. And obviously Biden himself doesn’t care; he’ll have a comfortable retirement regardless of the outcome in November, and on some level he’s surely aware that it’s nuts for a dementia patient to be in the White House anyway.

              If the Democrats cared about getting your vote they’d be trying hard to earn it. They’re not trying because they don’t care.

                  These scare tactics used to work, now they are working less and less, so sheep herding people into the Republican/Democrat has become harder, which is good imo.
