    I lived in Melbourne for about a decade solid, and have split time between Melbourne and Sydney for over a decade since then, and am also lucky enough not to have encountered him. If he pulls this sexual assault stunt somewhat regularly, why hasn’t he been put away?

      Difficult to identify and catch, maybe?

      I doubt that he does it when there’s police or PSOs around, and he’s probably not hanging about afterwards.
