ROWAN COUNTY, North Carolina — A man who owns a Chick-fil-A franchise in southeast Ohio has been arrested after he reportedly drove to North Carolina in order to have sex with a 15-year-old child.

Stacy Lee Austin, 49, of Belmont, Ohio, is charged with statutory sex offense with a child, the Salisbury Post reports. He is being held in jail in Rowan County without bond.
