I’ve worked with some pretty rotten software, but management software is easily the most user unfriendly, so my vote goes to HPSM.

    And the codes are completely illogical. “Run an 18TZ transaction” the fuck is that?

      100 percent. “Remember what this code does”. How?! I have to make a note that it does what it does.
