In fact, the email cited was February 23rd, over two weeks ago. Apple 100% made the move in bad faith, and are saving face with “we decided to unban them because they agreed to follow the rules”.

It only took Epic talking to Apple and agreeing to follow the rules this time to get their account reinstated.
