State Duma deputy Oleg Nilov has accused Russian men who bought flowers on March 8 of financing shells for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“Six billion dollars of our men flowed to the Netherlands! And where does the Netherlands send this money and encourage the rest of the gang to do the same? To buy shells for the Armed Forces,” he said.
