TL;DR: all regions will be able to travel to Oceania from March 24/25 until the release of Dawntrail (this excludes Oceania which cannot travel to itself or any other region).
I am personally looking forward to being able to play with friends from other regions. Even if we can’t meet at home, it’ll be nice to interact together on neutral ground.
