Proton with paid plans supports it or Windscribe.
Note that Proton only supports it on Windows.
Their app only supports it on Windows, but you can configure it with OpenVPN and Wireguard.

You do get a dedicated username and password for OpenVPN.
also a protonvpn user. Had no problems
