I got the Busker today for St. Patrick’s day, tried a drop straight, and it’s got good depth of flavor and a little sweet I’d say. Expect it will be great in a cocktail, but with the sweetness probably too much like bourbon for my admittedly amateur palate to tell a difference.
Certainly good though, I am happy with it.
