    Now that looks really nice, and plays on the strength of vegan foods rather than imitating meat, looks great.

      Thanks! I really appreciate the sentiment, but I’m also happy to make vegan versions of traditionally meat based dishes. Maybe I’ll share the vegan brisket I made one of these days!
