        Yeah. His enclosure hadn’t been cleaned in years and years, he let kids and elderly people swim in his pool and ride the aligator and the guy used UV filters on the windows of the enclosure so the gator had a brutal vitamin D deficiency. It was also obese, malnutritioned and had a spinal deformity as a result. The owner was given many chances to bring the enclosure up to standard which he didn’t do.
