      Almost all of them do…

      (To be specific, the scada machines are commonly Windows, but the plant logic PLC/DCS are realtime automation hardware, that really doesn’t have OS)

      They’re often simply not connected to the internet and left un-updated for years…

        Which is why u get fireworks when someone plugs in a random usb drive they’ve found in the parking lot, looks at stuxnet

        That’s why many of players in many industries that use process control systems are investing in and participating in the Open Process Automation Forum

        Shit’s too old and they gotta change something
