I’m pretty liberal, but I don’t see how limiting something to a specific country is “racist”.
They aren’t saying Asians can’t do something, they are saying Chinese citizens can’t do something.
I’m not stating my support for this, but calling it racist doesn’t make sense to me.
It’s like saying banning Russian citizens from doing something is racist against white people.
