    Zak has done well as CEO (he isn’t TP, stop confusing them) and McLaren is in a more stable position now than they have been in several years

    Zak has done a great job as CEO getting Piastri and all the sponsorships.

    Hopefully that stability leads to more results at the sharp end of the grid.

    Isn’t car development and race strategy more of TP’s responsibility. I can’t recall seeing Mclaren TP in either TP press conferences or talking to the media about the race performance.

      The stability with Zak and the job he is doing enables those under him (like a TP) to do their job more effectively.
