POE2 was never set to release 5 years ago. True, they did just delay beta, but at no point did they commit to a release date. Kinda hard to delay a game you never committed to a release date for.

The project is more than 5 years in the works, and will probably reach 6-7 years before it’s done.

It’s a >10 year old game with thousands of hours of content. It hasn’t been left to rot, it’s retired… Gods you are a spoilt brat.
