Those kind of movies I tend to skip now. I used to see them a lot more frequently when my kids were very little. I’d take a couple hours of leave at work and leave early and go nap in an empty theatre at 11 in the morning on a Tuesday.

Good choice. I took my kids to see Battlefield LA, and they ended up joining the army. During Iraq they were the ones taking part in the Abu Garfield prison shenanigans.

      I blame Hollywood, of course.

Might want to reread my comments there home slice. I used the movies as an opportunity to take naps away from home when my children were babies and I wasn’t sleeping a lot at home.

I didn’t stop going to see crappy B action military movies because I was afraid my babies were going to run off and take the asvabs.

Jesus, that’s a fantastic idea! Not rereading the comment - I’m not good enough at reading to read something more than once yet - but rather, taking a cheeky nap in the theatre. I will try this immediately once my kids get back from prison!
