      I think it’s more that it’s gamed to the extreme. It’s basically pokemon, and you are the fighting enslaved battle monster. It’s ridiculous even if you don’t lie.

      You need higher stats and experience points (years of experience with certain things) and more abilities (buzzwords on your resume) than the others to be worth more, while corporations (pokemon trainers) throw the smallest ball they think will still hold you (compensation packages).

      I interpreted it more as “here’s my Manager character” or “here’s my Dev character”
