SupOrSalad: I know people irl who have tried the Quest 2, but had no interest in buying one due to the screen and lenses, but after trying the Quest 3, they finally said it matches their expectations for VR and bought one. I think the lenses and visual fidelity finally crossed a threshold that convinced people who were on the fence about VR before, while being affordable
