France’s government increased its security alert posture to the highest level Sunday after the deadly attack at a Russian concert hall and the Islamic State’s claim of responsibility.

French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal announced the decision in a post on X, saying authorities were “taking into account the Islamic State’s claim of responsibility for the (Moscow) attack and the threats weighing on our country.″

The announcement came after President Emmanuel Macron held an emergency security meeting prompted by Friday’s attack in a Moscow suburb that killed more than 130 people. The attack was claimed by an affiliate of the Islamic State group.

    Maybe, but even if the terror attack just pure Ukrainian special forces. It was done under the ISIS flag. Hence there is a threat of a new ISIS attack.

    (To show that they are still there or to proof how they actually behave.)

      Good god you have a problem. There was zero evidence that any ukrainians were involved in this, which is apparently all the evidence you need that they definitely were.

          That’s not the definition of an ad hominem attack. That would require you to have made a statement that I misinterpreted I didn’t misinterpret your statement you just said a stupid comment.

          “Even if” is not a negation of your utterly stupid comment. “Even if” implies that there is a possibility that it’s true, there is no such possibility.

            Typically this term refers to a rhetorical strategy where the speaker attacks the character, motive, or some other attribute of the person making an argument rather than attacking the substance of the argument itself.
