Lately I have been seeing the same old posts in my feed. Because I haven’t interacted with them, they stay there for me to see again a few minutes later. It’d be great to have an option to mark any post seen in the feed as read.

This is my top 1 feature for sure dude, (second one is a button to hide read posts).
So far I think only Wefwef have the ability to hide posts, and that is why I’m sticking with it.
