My old person trait is that I think ‘ghosting’ is completely unacceptable and you owe the other person a face-to-face conversation.

    This is really the main downside to working remote.

    But boy howdy, I’d take it if that means not having to commute and getting more time at home.

      I like being able to roll out of bed and start working, but I miss being forced to bike to work. I bought my house with the plan of getting a 45 minute each way bike ride.
