    It cannot be the case that a president of the United States can attempt to overturn an election and seize power and that our justice system is incapable of holding a trial and holding him to account before the next election

    This is such a good and obvious point, I can’t believe I haven’t heard it said before. Maybe it’s just one of those things that’s so obvious it doesn’t occur to anyone to say out loud? Anyway, I’m glad she said it.

      I mean, I’ve been screaming about the feet-dragging for YEARS, but all I get in response is morons saying, “don’t worry, the wheels of justice grind slowly, but grind fine.”

      Yea… fuck that and any idiot who says it. “Due process” does NOT mean months, a year, two years, three years, four years free AFTER the crime to plan the next one…
