    First year of uni I gave adhd a google, and dismissed it. Over the next few years I slowly realised that those simple words that didn’t mean much, actually attempt to simplify much larger issues I didn’t even notice were there. Personally I’d suggest reading about the lives of people with adhd and seeing if their stories feel a bit too close to how yours is going.

    Or just chat with people with adhd, we’ll clock you in a matter of days (if not minutes). There’s a certain specific vibe to neurodivergent folks, I can’t describe it in mere mortal words but it feels like communicating on the same wavelength, suddenly talking becomes easy
