    With all the time I actually mean all the time, dunno if you mean the same thing. Like I don’t do any actual yoga exercises or meditation sessions, I simply meditate while making myself some food, for example.

    But yes, it’s definitely a process that you can do ass little or as much of as you’d like :)

      I used to do it while trying to sleep, while being alone, while doing anything that needed my attention but my head was too messed up to stay calm. So I meditated, counted breaths, observed thoughts and feelings, turned inward as much as I could. Since then stuff has gotten better and by now I only meditate if things get rough.
