Forbes estimates Michael Bloomberg is one of the few worth more than $100 billion. He doesn't appear on Bloomberg's rich list due to editorial policy.

His wealth has roughly tripled from $35.5 billion in 2015, making him one of only 14 people worth more than $100 billion by Forbes’ reckoning. Excluding his fortune leaves a sizable hole in the Bloomberg index.

    Pretty sure Forbes and Bloomberg also exclude criminals who obtained their wealth illegally

    Edit: looks like Saudis are excluded for similar reasons

        As I said in another comment, illegal /= unethical or immoral. Most people on the list used shady, yet legal, practices. Few probably engaged in outright illegal acts to obtain their wealth.
