    The companies make it really difficult to report problems too, because they don’t want to pay for a support staff.

      It’s actually really easy on DoorDash. On my end, they didn’t require me to provide any proof and they immediately put in a request for a redelivery from a different driver for no extra cost

        It definitely wasn’t like that for Uber Eats.
