Flag code isn’t law. Also they didn’t use a flag for clothing. No flags were harmed in the making of their outfits.

Is it permissible to wear an item of clothing that looks like the United States flag? Answer: Unless an article of clothing is made from an actual United States flag, there is NO breach of flag etiquette whatsoever. People are simply expressing their patriotism and love of country by wearing an article of clothing that happens to be red, white, and blue with stars and stripes. There is nothing illegal about the wearing or use of these items

The guidelines don’t apply because it’s not a real American flag. As I cited the legion says it’s not an issue.

Funny how lefties don’t even know what an American flag is.

I am not ignorant on the topic. I cited the experts on the topic and you look silly arguing with the group associated with the flag code. They are the group who created the flag code.

Yet you think you know more than the group who created it. Typical lefty response of thinking they know more than the people who wrote it.

You don’t understand the quote as the people who wrote it explained. I mean that’s pretty silly to disagree with the people who wrote the flag code. Congress didn’t write it. They just approved what the legion did.

It’s funny to see you claim to know more than the group who created it. That’s a level of troll I rarely see
