I have tried username, I have tried email. I have tried all lowercase username. I have tried all uppercase username.

I have tried every imaginable combination and I feel I am missing something obvious. Do I have to enable access from my desktop to allow a mobile app to also log in? Makes no sense, but I’m running out of possible issues.
