Entry-level jobs require accuracy. People who hold those positions are held to well-defined standards and must be accountable. AI flaws would be noticed immediately and called out.
Managers, on the other hand, delegate and project confidence. AIs are great at that. It does something unexpected? Just like a real manager. Just blame their direct reports if it doesn’t work out. It breaks for 3 weeks? Just like a real manager on vacation.
Replacing managers would make much more sense.
