@Mastengwe @CaptainSpaceman Of course you can provoke someone who then kills you in response. Provocation isn’t justification. Being provoked doesn’t excuse one’s actions.
Yes, but by definition- provoke doesn’t explain an unavoidable result of murder.
So by this, I mean that provoked or not- one can walk away. Therefore, being provoked doesn’t excuse or explain a murder.
