minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink4•7 months agoBeen waking up before my alarm for the last week. Mostly like 430am but once 330am. My alarm is set for 6am M-F. I attribute it to the increased daylight and reduced time with “night” before bed. Hope my rhythm adjusts soon.
