I have no idea. Mine still says pending as well but it let me post this. I have more OC to post as well. Just trying to do it sporadically in different communities because I want to see Lemmy become a great community.
Oh ok. That’s good to know. I wonder if the reason it still says pending is if the mods have to approve new users? Most of the communities I subscribed to, I was immediately approved but several of them are stuck pending. It seems the mod of this this community has never posted or commented before. Maybe they created it and then disappeared?

I actually figured it out. I can also post. I just wasn’t seeing them.
I had turned off “see read posts”. They must consider your own new post as “read” and hide them.
