    I wish I had half of her confidence. I want to never leave the house again after misspeaking once and yet she’s out here trying to act like a serious politician still.

      I think she has the advantage of being stupid. It’s hard to over-think something if you don’t do any thinking.

      She’s not only a former PM but a present MP, sitting in one of the safest Tory constituencies, and she’s apparently very popular locally. Her local conservative association reselected her as their candidate for the upcoming elections, meaning that she will almost certainly continue to plague the thinking part of society with her presence.

        She’s the hard right Tory golden girl. Presumably due to lack of anyone better. But just because she’s being reselected by other conservatives doesn’t mean that her local constituents like her.

        My understanding is that there has been quite a large number of complaints about her not doing her job because she spends all her time in the US forwarding the cause of Donald Trump.
