hell yea, had one just like it. Laptop got abused the hell out of, overheated over and over while playing on it, still runs today. Though it’s due for a keyboard repair as some keycaps have double press syndrome. huge respect for it. o7
If it looks like the picture: Please take it off the charger at least. If the battery is swelling like that it’s likely to overheat at some point and then it may just burn your house down.
If in any doubt, take your gear to your neighborhood computer shop (I’m sure there is one). They’ll sort you out quick and cheap. And you won’t have a potential firebomb in your house. - I’d call that a win-win!

Oh for sure, swelled batteries are an instant removal. No the laptop is all good. Thanks for the concern
