The phyllo dough took me a bit to figure out, but once i realized you just need to starch the shit out if it while rolling and just keep stacking it, it worked out great! My bottom layer is fucked, the middle one a little thick, but the top layer was absolutely magical

That’s not a letter that exists in my language. Erdogan can complain that the animal named after his country became more famous than the country itself, but he doesn’t get to control how other languages refer to his homeland, especially over such a minor difference.
