A tornado destroyed my house. It’s all part of god’s masterful plan.
The environment is collapsing and I support the industries and wealthy people telling me profits are more important than life on Earth. It’s all part of god’s masterful plan.
These morons can talk themselves into anything. It’s an abusive relationship. They keep getting beaten up but “He really loves me…”
And apparently it’s offensive when you say it’s all God’s Masterful plan when bad things happen to them.
Of course. They’re the arbiters of their victimhood. It’s also god’s plan when the tornado wipes out you’re neighbors but leaves your house intact.
It’s really bizarre and upsetting to see.
Was watching the documentary about the cartel killings of fringe Mormon women and kids in Mexico and it was very upsetting to see them talking about how ‘blessed’ they were by God that one of the kids that they thought was dead was actually alive after discussing how three mothers and six kids were brutally murdered.
Yeah, praise God indeed.
Organized religion rots people’s brains.
