    Phones have sleep schedules. Set it up and it will automatically shut off blue light 2 hours before bed and then shut off notifications and ring tones at bedtime. You can even set it up to allow certain people through, or allow repeat callers to ring, in case something really hits the fan and you’re really needed.

      I have extra scheduling for my work-apps. On weekdays at 16 they all go into do not disturb mode. During the weekends they get turned off completely. My time is my time

        I take that a step further and refuse to install any work oriented apps on my phone. My phone, my prerogative.

          The bought my phone and they pay the bills. But still: when I’m done for the day, I’m done

      I have silent hours/weekends set specifically for my work chats and apps. If it’s friends or family, I don’t mind, but miss me with the overtime shit
