$ apt info fastboot Package: fastboot Version: 1:29.0.6-28 Priority: optional Section: devel Source: android-platform-tools (29.0.6-28) Maintainer: Android Tools Maintainers <[email protected].org>
You might also be able to use a web version of ADB if you’re just using it for basic functionality like installing an app:
