Shane Waldrop claims that Cinemark’s 24 ounce cups can only hold 22 ounces of liquid, according to the lawsuit filed in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

    Why do you keep changing the subject to your opinion on alcohol consumption as if it were relevant to the conversation? If I pay for a set quantity of anything, and I get less than I paid for, I was cheated, your self-righteousness notwithstanding.
