a party that “veterans” (people in their last year of college) throw to people in their first year. I don’t know a better name for it)
With some of the things you listed, probably hazing.
I’m guessing “welcome” might be better translated as an initiation, but hazing is more clear that it is humiliating/degrading and/or dangerous (and maybe even not much of a choice). (Edit)
